Obtaining the Questionniare

There are five ways of obtaining the Questionnaire, Main Consultation Document and supporting technical documents:

  1. Access them online and download them from the Department for Transport's website
  2. Use email to request them from the Department for Transport: click here and send a message with your name and address
  3. Order them by phone from DfT Publications:
    Tel: 0845 600 4170.
  4. Order them by post from: Heathrow Consultation, PO Box 236, Wetherby, LS23 7NB
  5. Pick them up from the Department for Transport's exhibition at Richmond Adult College Parkshot, Richmond, TW9 2RE between 10am and 8pm on Friday 18th January

The online questionnaire requires responses to all questions, whereas the hard copy version allows respondents not wishing to answer all the questions to leave some blank.

All responses must arrive at the DfT by Wednesday 27th February 2008. They should be sent to: Adding Capacity at Heathrow Airport, (DfT Consultation), Research Services House, Elmgrove Road, Harrow, HA1 2QG.
